   Some people have hobbies they can do in one spot, but daydreaming is a hobby you can do anywhere! Lots of people think that daydreaming is a waste of time, but daydreaming is very healthy. First it can enhance your problem solving skills,  second it can preserve memory, lastly it can improve your social interactions. I believe that daydreaming is healthy.

   First of all daydreaming can enhance your problem solving skills.It lets you see the world in a different way.Daydreaming also aids well being. Daydreaming  is great for people with stress because it lowers blood pressure

    In addition Daydreaming  can preserve your memory.Daydreaming preserves your memory by taking short term memories and making into more permanent  ones.Allowing your brain to rest during daydreaming helps your IQ.It seems that distant areas of the brain work better with communication and IQ if it is well rested.LIke night time dreaming day dreaming can consolidate learning by bringing what you learned all together.Daydreaming will help you with  your memory
