The Time I Went to Harry Potter World
As we rounded the corner, Madison’s dad said to take a bathroom break. As I said ok, he gave me a smirk. I thought it was funny that the men were going with us,but as I saw a brick wall open as if someone had a hammer and took a swing. As I looked up at this magical world Madison passed me and gave me a smirk as well
Diagon alley was full of tall slanting buildings almost like they were held up by magic. The building had unusual faded coloring to them and they were side by side to where there was only space for bacteria to roam.
My Mom and Dad took my picture, they were smirking too. I heard people and children laughing and having fun. I smelled caramel chews and chocolate frogs. After we marveled at the the world we rode some of the rides(my favorite ride was greenegots).
As we went to Hogsmeade I got to ride hogwart(it was my favorite too) and my Dad got sick riding it so every chance we got Madison and I rode the Hogwarts ride. I had butterbeer and it was delicious! I don’t know how many rounds of butterbeer I drank but, I’m guessing not enough because Madison and I got candy after I pushed people out of the way( this was not my greatest moment) to get a “original” scene were Harry got his wand. I ended up forgetting the most easiest spell and getting a “Oak, 12 inches,Phoenix tail feather” which i’m very proud of.
The next day we did the same thing again But, this time I got my hogwarts outfit at bettles and bots! This time I did drink enough butterbeer because I didn’t eat lunch. My mom fussed at me for wearing my Hogwarts cloak in 102° weather but, I still wore it. When we got back to the Hotel I really truly thought i walked through a TV and into a world I had only dreamt of.
