Hello, my name is St. Cecilia. My name means blind. I was born sometime in the second century in Italy. I was born into a noble family who always believed in God. During my early life, I was forced to marry a noble man named Valerian. I converted my husband to have faith in God. I always had faith in God. My husband had two brothers who also believed in God. They showed their faith by giving proper burial to Christians.   I followed Jesus by helping the poor along with my husband. Sadly, because he helped me with the charity towards the poor, he was killed. I refused to sacrifice to the other gods. I was always taught to be kind and help others. There are two miracles attributed to me. One of the miracles was the fact that I often saw an angel, and when my husband was baptised, he could see it as well. Another miracle was the fact that I survived when they tried to kill me in a in  smoke filled room. Another miracle that happened to me was when they tried to chop my head off three times and failed by the help of God. However, three days later, I died from the wounds. I died sometime in the third century as a martyr. I became a saint so long ago, no one remembers the exact date. My feast day is November 22 and I am the patron saint of music and poets.
