Hello, my name is St. Catherine of Siena, I was born on March 25, 1347. During my early life, I wanted my own prayer room, but my mother just scolded me and sent me to go do my chores. I was the youngest of 24 children and was sometimes mistreated. My father was a wool dyer and my mother took care of the house. When I wasn't busy trying to get my mom to make a prayer room, I was caring for the sick. I followed Jesus by my many visions. I had visions of marriage, birth, and good works. I also followed him by taking care of others and doing the works of Jesus. I have miracles but they are unknown or just not tributied to me. I died on April 29, 1380. I felt the constant pain of what Jesus felt when he was on the cross until I died. I became a Saint on July 1461. I was canonized by Pope Pius II. My feast day is April 29th. I am the Patron Saint of Italy,fire prevention, and illness.
