                                                          Personal Narrative

I threw on my flip-flops and sprinted down the hall(well the best I could with flip-flops on). We were going to the beach. When we got there my family started to walk along the hot boardwalk. When I got off I threw my flip-flops in the stroller(which was a bad idea because the everything was burning). Issac was screaming. I wanted to take issac to the water because I thought that he would like it. As Issac and I went to the water he got startled by the waves.

Mom was calling for us to come eat lunch, so we all sat on our towles and ate lunch. As I was chewing my delicious sandwich, I thought of what to do when we finished lunch. Then I saw the boogie board and it seems my sisters did to. After fighting over who got to ride it, decided to take turns, but then we just fought over who would go first. We finally decide to go from youngest to oldest. Once my sisters got bored with it I went out by myself. While I was riding it, I fell off and got water in my nose and mouth. I ran  back to our spot and got out a bottle of water. I dumped it all down my throat it felt like an icy waterfall pouring down my throat. The water was cold and refreshing compared to the salty sea water. My mom asked “ Ella are you okay?” I told her what happened and went back towards the sea to build a sand castle.

As we were heading back to the beach house I asked if we could go back later at night so we could find some crabs. We were relaxing in the living room and I thought “what a lucky person I am to have a family that can take me to the beach.”
