Saint Speech

 

Hello, my name is St. Michael the Archangel.  My name means “who is like GOD.” I am important because I am the strongest  angel and I was created by God.  

 

There are at least 6 stories of me in the Bible. Some of my stories in the Bible are Revelations 12:7-9 and Daniel 12:1.  In Revelation, Michael is the commander of the angelic army that casts Satan from heaven. In Daniel 12:1 Michael is the angel who protects and delivers people whose names are found written in the book.

 

There are 6 miracles attributed to me. One of the miracles was that I vanquished Satan into hell.  Another miracle that I am responsible for is rescuing souls from hell. I will also carry souls to judgement.

 

I am an archangel and so I was not canonized as a saint during a specific year, but I am recognized as one.  My feast day is September 29th.  I am the patron saint of doctors, hungry, sick, police, and military.
