Hello my name is John the Baptist. I was born in the first century on June 24th.  I also am Jesus’s cousin. My parents are Zachariah and Elizibeth. As a boy, I spent my youth in the wilderness.  I was a Jewish prophet who told the people to repent, and be sorry for their sins. I also baptized Jesus. Some other things I did was preach against King Herod who stole his brother's wife. One day Herod had a party and his stepdaughter danced so well that he said would do anything for her. She wanted John the Baptist's head served on a platter.  And then I died as a martyr sometime between the years 33 and 36 AD. My feast day is June 24th and sometimes August 29th. I am the patron saint of Florence, Jordance, Puerto Rico, and many other places.
